Precare Instructions: Arrive with a freshly shampooed scalp to appointment, do not apply any additional conditioner or styling products before treatment. Hair wash/head spa is NOT included.
Aftercare Instructions: Avoid additional exfoliation (scrubbing/scratching), excessive sun exposure, external and internal heat stimulators (i.e. hot showers, saunas, sweaty exercise, etc.) following treatment for at least 72 hours. Do not wash scalp for at least 24-48 hours. Applying NeoGenesis Hair Thickening Serum post treatment is STRONGLY recommended. Apply to affected areas twice daily for the first 30 days, and once daily thereafter for 6 months.
Recommended Appointments: Treatments are recommended to be performed every 2-4 weeks for best results with at least 3 sessions depending on severity or complexity.
